Kenanga Webinar Series (5G Technology & Applications - An Overview)
Recently, our CEO- Mr. Lawrence Liu was invited by Kenanga Investment Bank to share his thoughts on the development of 5G around the globe as well as the opportunities and benefits of adopting 5G in specific industries. The Kenanga webinar series is titled 5G Technology & Applications– An Overview.
During the webinar session, Mr. Lawrence shared on why 5G is important and how the adoption of 5G in a country can propel the wider sectors to greater technology advancement. He touched on how 5G can benefit the automotive, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, and defence sector. It is also crucial to understand how certain 5G use cases could change/ enhance their existing business models. Lastly, Mr. Lawrence also shared on what needs to happen to encourage faster enterprise 5G adoption and that greater public- private partnerships is imperative to foster an ecosystem that is conducive for the adoption of 5G services.

SYSTEM 8 Multiplexed Matrix Switch (MMS)-New Product in 2018
The ABI Multiplexed Matrix Switch (MMS) is a 16×16 matrix interface that offers 256 cross points to connect any channel to any channel, with up to 16 unique paths at a time. The MMS can also be used as multiplexer or de-multiplexer and is an economical alternative to automate low to medium volume test requirements.
Designed to work exclusively with ABI’s range of test instruments, the MMS can deliver high-level results without the need for programming and for a fraction of the cost of a traditional ATE, PXI or LXI instrumentation. Multiple test solutions can be easily set up for high channel count applications.
