JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To support administrative function as a document controller for ISO standard requirements.

• To manage, track and monitor master list requests from BUH to review corporate and business agreements with a demonstration of business acumen.

• To manage, track and monitor the master list of customer/vendor assessment matters, namely regulatory inquiries, governance, due diligence, audit and clarification from authority or regulatory for the Group of Companies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Help Desk ticket and perform 1st – 2nd tier support on system troubleshooting, testing and documentation.

• Perform scheduled server updates and backup. Backup and restore on critical database from virus attack, and intrusion while helping to recover servers from unavoidable contamination through proper backup or recovery systems.
